Thanks Timofey S. for Correcting us as follows:
"You are not quite right.
It's actually not about dehydration.
When you drink alcohol the amount of water in your
organism is still the same. Or even higher than usual
- if you drinking two liters of beer is indeed higher.
It's about the alcohol - which, actually blocks the
molecules of water to enter the cells.
That's why by the morning the face is swollen and puffy.
It's water. Not inside the cells, but between them.
The best way to prevent this thing is to drink isotonic
drinks - Mizone, Pocari Sweat, Gatoraid.
Drink it between the alcohol drinks and exactly before
going to bed. It will make the hangover half as
painful.
Thank you for running your site and making it's
better by adding the articles like this."

Alright, so you hit the bottle a little too hard last night and now are suffering the consequences. No matter how many times you confidently state ‘I’m never drinking again!’ usually the inevitable happens. Be prepared with some tried and true cures.
1. Hydration
DO:Cure drinking too much by drinking some more, but this time make it water, juice or a sports drink. Drinking alcohol dehydrates you which can cause headaches.
DON’T: Stay away from the myth of having a shot of what you drank last night or caffeine as it will only further dehydrate your body.
2. Sleep
DO: Most hangover symptoms last between 8 – 24 hours. That is along time to be awake and suffering. Take a nap and dream that you aren’t hungover when you wake up.
DON’T: Be overly active, some people say exercising is the best way to cure a hangover but if you are dehydrated it will only make you feel worse.
3. Medicate
DO: Pop an ibuprofen in the morning to help ease your pain. It will help to numb your headache so you can get on with your day. Please use sparingly and consult with your doctor.
DON’T: Take acetaminophen which, when mixed with the boozeys can cause liver inflammation.
4. Eat
DO: When trying to beat a hangover, try beating some eggs. A substance called cysteine, which is found in eggs, is proven to break down toxins associated with alcohol and hangovers.
DON’T: Go for the supersized, super-deep-fried breakfast. It may feel good going down, but with all the fat and grease, it won’t stay down for long.
5. Be prepared
DO: If you know you are going to have a big night, counteract a hangover by having plenty of water between alcoholic beverages. Also, make sure you have had something to eat before your big bender.
DON’T: Mix booze. Tequilla, beer and Baileys? That is a disaster waiting to happen.
